WP-Cumulus is a WordPress plug-in that allows you to display your site’s tags, categories or both using a Flash movie that rotates them in 3D. Is really hard to describe the effect that this plug-in give to WordPress tags. It works just like a regular tags cloud, but is more visually exciting.

As you can see from the widget settings, all attributes can be personalized. So you can set the width and height, color of tags and for the background also you can set the tag rotation speed. Take the speed low because will be really hard to click on the tags.
