Every time that a webmaster make some modifications to files in a web site, they have to upload / download edit again and again upload… till they are happy with the modifications…

So this image is coming form QOT who swear that no Photoshop modifications was made. Sure is a javascript hack.

Above is the javascript code that if you paste in you browser URL you will be able to edit ANY web page… of course not directly the source.

As I was speaking above this hack is very useful to webmasters for live edit to one or more pages.
