After the post with the list of most popular extensions here is a trick how to show the filename extension.
The image above that you can find in folder options, tab View, uncheck the options "Hide extensions for known file type" and confirm OK. All the files will have the .extension in the end.
This is more useful if you work with attachments files by email and don’t want that under a image is hidden an exe virus.

The Joomla! community announced today the availability of Joomla! 1.5.5 [Mamni]. This is a quick turnaround release to address the Duplicate Title error from 1.5.4 . This release also contains important SEF URL improvements and fixes for com_content in addition to a number of bug fixes and improvements. It has been nearly three weeks since Joomla! 1.5.4 was released on July 8, 2008.

No one knows when Apple will add a copy and paste function to the iPhone, but one company called Proximi proves it can be done by adding it to a new application called MagicPad. MagicPad is essentially better than the iPhone’s native "Notes" application, because it gives the user the option to modify font type, size, color, and of course, copy and paste data.
